Our government = our population.
The Landashir'n Government is an institution which has been set up through the consent of Landashir'n people. Landashir'n people are responsible for their government. Everyone shares it. There is no one leader.
A Landashir'n identity can exist without a government, but if we want to securely administrate our territories and to provide services to one another, establishing a common government is extremely helpful.
Landashir'n people are free to be part of their government, but it is not compulsory. The means to work with their fellow people to govern their country and protect their identity should always be available.

What does the Landashir'n Government do?
The Landashir'n Government must do what is the common will of Landashir'n people.
This government doesn't control the lives of Landashir'n people. This has never been the intention. In Landashir, you should be able to live freely. The Landashir'n Government exists to create infrastructure.
You don't need to be part of the Landashir'n Government if you do not want to - but it helps if you want to help out and establish services and products, such as identity cards, for example.
The August Declaration of 2014 provides the current framework for the Landashir'n Government. You can read the August Declaration here.

How does the Landashir'n Government work?
The Landashir'n Government is a dependent institution - it depends on the people who live in Landashir to run it and to give up their time so that it can function. The August Declaration suggests that agencies should be established and that Landashir'n people should step up to fill important roles.
Each agency is headed by an Administrator. One of these Administrators will elect to administrate the entire Government - this person is the Government Representative. This person voluntarily is responsible for everything which happens within this government. Currently, this individual is James von Puchow.
The Agencies of the Landashir'n Government are:
Administrators are responsible for their agency and they must work openly and transparently with other Administrators. Agencies do not belong to them - they belong to all Landashir'n people. Administrators are asked to report to the Government Representative frequently.
Administrators will meet up, communicate and work with each other. They will make proposals and decide on them collectively.

How do Landashir'ns participate?
In order that the Landashir'n Government works properly, all individuals who work for the Government must be registered as a Landashir'n citizen. After that, they must register their intention to join the Government by contacting the Agency for Government Representation - their names will be added to a Government register. Landashir'n citizens can remove their names from the Government register at any time.
Government registration is encouraged for all Landashir'n citizens, but it is not compulsory. It makes government easier when the entire Community of Landashir is involved.
